RiverSource Investments is a financial services firm that creates and manages products to help investors secure and protect their financial futures.

After a successful spin-off from American Express, RiverSource recognized a need to rebrand its communications. Their new corporate identity was to be integrated throughout all customer touchpoints to create a consistent brand experience for its audiences. The company required a suite of communications materials to leverage their new visual identity and support their brand.

To instill confidence, RiverSource had to connote authority, security and trust. They also had to drive greater awareness of the qualities that differentiate them in the marketplace—knowledgeable, proactive professionals who provide creative options to match clients’ needs.

Communications were completely reimagined, including capability brochures, product and investor guides, fact sheets, performance summaries, prospectuses and semiannual reports. A robust photographic library was developed, featuring the clients they serve and the dreams RiverSource Investments helps make possible.
