I’m a Creative Director and User Experience Designer with a background in brand identity, communications, and brand strategy.
I’m compelled to understand how people feel when they interact with products and brands, and create delightful experiences for others. I create brand identities, digital experiences, visual communication systems, employee engagement initiatives, and brand messaging. My experience includes creative leadership roles at top branding and design agencies, and encompasses creative direction and design, creative strategy, strategic planning, and mapping of creative priorities.
I hold a Certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design.
Developed concept and prototype for Eat-N-Go, a mobile payments app which lets diners pay for their restaurant meal without waiting for the bill. Project spanned the entire UX process from user research, to prototypes, to user testing, to iterative design revisions.
Developed new identity for hotel chain Extended Stay America, and refreshed branding for 700 locations across the United States and Canada.
Overhauled Abbott Laboratories’ global identity, messaging, marketing communications and advertising across all brand touch points. Launched Abbott’s global “Life. To the Fullest.” out-of-home campaign in London, New York, Chicago, and Tokyo.
Designed stakeholder and employee communications supporting the merger between Pentair and Tyco Flow Control, impacting 30,000 global employees.
